Tyler Ayres is the founding attorney of Ayres Law Firm and has been licensed in Utah since 2001. As owner of the firm since 2002, he has spent more than two decades representing people facing criminal allegations and other high-stakes legal problems, with a background that includes criminal defense, DUI matters, and trial work.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law after completing his Bachelor of Science at the University of Utah. His professional background is supported by active involvement in the defense bar. He is a member of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and is frequently invited to speak on DUI trials and jury trial advocacy.

Tyler’s work has earned recognition from peers and legal rating services over the years. He received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2018, was recognized by Utah Business Magazine among the Best Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2009, and published DUI Insider Guide in 2010.
